Each document is listed with its issuer, reference, scope and validity. A certificate is shown as held only when we can publish the document itself.
An independent body audits a system or product scope and issues a certificate with a number, scope and validity period. Example: FSC Chain of Custody.
A laboratory tests a submitted sample with a named method (e.g. EN 310) and reports results for that sample only.
The manufacturer declares performance, as in a TDS or a Declaration of Performance. Ask which declared values are backed by tests.
01 · Third-party Certification
Issued by an accredited certification body after audit. Always check the scope.
Kosmex Company Limited (Hanoi) holds FSC Chain of Custody certification to FSC-STD-40-004 V3-1 for trading of wood products certified FSC 100% and FSC Mix.
02 · Declaration of Performance
Manufacturer declarations under the EU Construction Products Regulation, linked to CE marking.
CE marking is available for film faced plywood when the buyer requires it. The DoP is sent on request.
03 · Laboratory Test Report
Results for a submitted sample, against a named test method. They do not certify every batch.
Bending strength and modulus of elasticity of an 18 mm, 13-ply MUF-bonded sample, tested to EN 310.
Ramp test of anti-slip film faced plywood (18 mm samples) to DIN 51130:2014.
Taber-type abrasion resistance of an anti-slip film surface, 200 × 200 × 18 mm sample, 13 plies.
Bending strength of a 12 mm, 7-ply MUF-bonded plywood sample, tested to JAS 0233-2. Published by Kosmex as a commercial plywood test.
Chamber test of formaldehyde emission from a 9 mm, 5-ply hardwood plywood sample (UF glue), to EN 717-1.

Per-shipment record of dimensional, moisture, surface and bonding checks against agreed acceptance criteria.
