In upholstered furniture the plywood is never seen, but it carries every load. Upholstery plywood is chosen for bond integrity, consistent thickness, fastener holding (staples, screws, dowels) and clean machining, not for face appearance.
Kosmex upholstery plywood uses a dense eucalyptus core (630–650 kg/m³) built for cutting without delamination. Panels are supplied for frame cutting, and Kosmex also offers CNC cutting to customer drawings and finished bed slats.
