Our approach

Specification, inspection, evidence

Quality claims mean little without a defined specification and a record. Every Kosmex product starts from a written specification: species, construction, glue, dimensions and tolerances.

Production checks confirm the specification batch by batch. Independent laboratories test key properties against EN and DIN methods. We keep the three levels apart: declared values, laboratory results and certificates.

QC process

Six stages, from log to container

  1. 01

    Raw Material Inspection

    Logs checked for species, diameter and moisture before peeling.

  2. 02

    Core Preparation & Assembly

    Veneer dried to 8–12% moisture and sorted by thickness and face.

  3. 03

    Glue Application & Pressing

    Adhesive mixed per product formula; temperature, pressure and time controlled.

  4. 04

    Dimensional Inspection

    Size, moisture, surface, core and bending checks after trimming and sanding.

  5. 05

    Surface & Bonding Tests

    Random bond testing against EN 314-2 and surface inspection.

  6. 06

    Final QC & Packaging

    100% panel inspection, final moisture and bond checks before shipment.
