Furniture plywood is selected on face quality, flatness, machining behaviour and bond integrity rather than on structural values. Kosmex supplies four face families, each with a different balance of appearance, weight and cost.
Panels are produced from 4 to 30 mm in 1220 × 2440 or 1250 × 2500 mm, with MR, melamine or phenolic glue and E0.5 formaldehyde emission. Core grade is chosen per order: A grade jointed by composer machine, or AB grade jointed by hand.
