Product overview
Frame plywood must hold staples and screws close to edges, resist delamination under cyclic loading, and machine cleanly on CNC routers. Face grade matters little; core quality and bond consistency matter a lot.
Kosmex builds upholstery plywood on an AA or AB grade eucalyptus core with pine CP/CP faces and 1.6 mm layers, at a density of 630–650 kg/m³, guaranteed to cut without delamination. Components are typically cut from 15–18 mm panels and assembled with staples, screws and corner blocks.
